Simple cut off the top 1/3 inch of each garlic head to expose the garlic, place in a baking pan, pour in some olive oil and aromatics (I sometimes use peppercorns, thyme & oregano branches and cored cherry bomb peppers.)

Serve steamed or pan-fried. Vegan and delicious!
