High on flavor…lower in calories!
A very ZESTY Vinaigrette that can add flavor to so many composed salads, and – stands up great in a noodle salad with its vibrant citrusy flavor.

I add it to just cooked rice noodles and refrigerate until cold.
For delicious SPA Salad:
Add the rice noodles with Karen’s Spa Asian Orange-Sesame Vinaigrette – add Roasted & Raw Veggies and my Spicy Citrus Chili Shrimp on top.
So easy to prepare ~ Whisk the first 9 ingredients together, drizzle in both oils – whisking, add sesame seeds to combine.

Most of the work is mincing the aromatics – then you’re almost done!

Ingredients for the Zesty Vinaigrette:

  • Soy Sauce (gluten free or lower sodium)
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Fresh Orange Juice (I squeeze clementines… a deep orange color and vibrant flavor)
  • Minced Orange Rind
  • Minced Garlic
  • Finely Grated Ginger
  • Minced Scallions (I use light greens)
  • Grainy Mustard
  • Raw Honey
  • Roasted Sesame Oil
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or neutral oil)
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
