- 2 tablespoons tomatillos, husked, small dice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- ¼ teaspoon fresh jalepeno, minced
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced (optional)
- 2 teaspoons fresh celery leaves, minced
- ½ cup low fat sour cream
In a small bowl, mix together the tomatillos, lime juice with a pinch of salt and sugar.
Stir, let stand 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. Place in a covered container and store in the refrigerator.
