Compliments my Fabulous “Tandoori Chicken in an Instant Pot.”
Basil replaces mint in this easy to prepare condiment.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
- ½ teaspoon pure cane sugar
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon scallion, cleaned and minced
- ¼ teaspoon jalapeño, finely minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight glass container. Keeps for up to one week.
