1 nutribullet personal blender or high speed blender
Ingredients
1 1/4cupsfresh spinachcleaned, I use large flat leaf spinach
1/4cuptuscan kalecleaned
1/4cup celery
4tablespoonscucumberI use Persian cucumber
1/2cupgreen applecored
1 1/2cupsorganic coconut water
1 1/2teaspoonsfresh gingerpeeled
4ice cubes
Instructions
Coarsely chop all ingredients. Add all to the nutribullet (or similar), and run for one minute. Invert cap; open, add 4 ice cubes. Secure top and whirl until icy smooth, about 15 more seconds. Juice will be a bit frothy. Enjoy!
Any remaining juice can be placed in a glass container and refrigerated for up to one day.
