Karen's Mocktail Painkiller Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie

Lightened-Up delicious version of the Carribean Painkiller Drink.

Equipment

  • 1 nutribullet personal blender or a high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups pineapple remove rind, cut in chunks and freeze
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, stirred do not use "lite"
  • 1/2 cup orange segments rind and much pith removed
  • 3/4 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • few pinches freshly fine grated nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add first 7 ingredients to the nutribullet (all except ice.) Blend for one full minute.
  • Add ice cubes and blend for 10 seconds, or until slushy.
    For into glasses an top with grated nutmeg. Enjoy!
