1 nutribullet personal blender
or a high speed blender
Ingredients
1 1/4
cups
pineapple
remove rind, cut in chunks and freeze
1/2
cup
organic coconut water
1/2
cup
coconut milk, stirred
do not use "lite"
1/2
cup
orange segments
rind and much pith removed
3/4
tablespoon
raw honey
1/4
teaspoon
natural vanilla extract
few
pinches
freshly fine grated nutmeg
Instructions
Add first 7 ingredients to the nutribullet (all except ice.) Blend for one full minute.
Add ice cubes and blend for 10 seconds, or until slushy.
For into glasses an top with grated nutmeg. Enjoy!
