Servings: 18 2 teaspoon servings
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Gochugaru Chili Flakes*
- 2 teaspoons boiling water
- 1/4 cup fresh red pepper seeded, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cherry tomatoes seeded, coarsely chopped; I used 5 "sugar bomb" sweet type
- 3 teaspoons fresh garlic peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pure cane sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar I use Bragg Organic
In a small bowl, add the Gochugaru chiles with the boiling water, let stand while you prep the rest of the hot sauce.
Add ALL ingredients to a blender (I use a Vitamix) and run from low to high speed for a full minute and a half. I do not strain the hot sauce. That was easy!
Add to a clean glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
