Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Gochugaru Chili Flakes*

  • 1/4 cup fresh cherry tomatoes seeded, coarsely chopped; I used 5 "sugar bomb" sweet type
  • 3 teaspoons fresh garlic peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure cane sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar I use Bragg Organic

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add the Gochugaru chiles with the boiling water, let stand while you prep the rest of the hot sauce.
