A "Mild" well-balanced Hot Sauce with enormous flavor. So simple to make you'll be amazed! A juicy mix ~ includes fresh red peppers and tomatoes for natural sweetness and Gochugaru Chili Flakes. The drizzling options are endless!
1/4cupfresh cherry tomatoesseeded, coarsely chopped; I used 5 "sugar bomb" sweet type
3teaspoonsfresh garlicpeeled, coarsely chopped
1/2teaspoonpure cane sugar
1/4teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonfresh lime juice
1/2cupapple cider vinegarI use Bragg Organic
Instructions
In a small bowl, add the Gochugaru chiles with the boiling water, let stand while you prep the rest of the hot sauce.
Add ALL ingredients to a blender (I use a Vitamix) and run from low to high speed for a full minute and a half. I do not strain the hot sauce. That was easy!
Add to a clean glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
